[MAINT] Android Build frontend goes down for maintenance

Hello,

https://android-build.linaro.org goes down for maintenance, approved by Zach. ETA is 30min. There will be another email sent when the system is up again. Please don't use the frontend during this time.

Expected outcome is resolution of artifacts transfer failures to snapshots.linaro.org which which we experienced today (and for some builds, for the last 2 days).
