I've explicitly left out vexpress RTSM build as I don't need it yet and I think it would be just wasteful at this time.

I'll have a look at the next few days to check if they fail to build vs the non-tests build.

I have also *removed* all of the LAVA sections so that those images won't be sent to LAVA for testing. The goal right now is to check if the images have anything more than the regular builds (in practice, at this time I just don't know) and I didn't want to waste LAVA's resources either.
