Fathi,
Since we're at the start of 12.05 we need to shift the builds over to the tip toolchain and stop daily builds for various baselines. I figure we can also get the configs into git. Do you want to take care of getting the current configs into git and then shift the builds or the other way around?
For 12.05 I'd kill all dailies except for the tips listed on android-build.linaro.org under:
"Users who are interested in tip builds with Linaro goodness should use:"
People can always re-enable dalies they're interested in.

I'll start by gettting the config into git and then update the builds. I found http://android.git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=linaro/build-configs.git respository, could you confirm that's it the correct git repository to use?
I'll do that today.

OK.

Yeah that's it. There's an old thread entitled: [ANN] Support for fetching build configs from git for Android Builds that gives some more background data.
The general consensus about branch names is that they should basically follow the branch names we have for the manifests. So the 4.0.4 based configs would be checked into linaro_android_4.0.4, etc...
Am I remembering that correctly Bero?
We should put all the builds in git that are built daily, including the non-official builds.
I'll do that today.

Actually, for vexpress, we probably want to use the 'tracking' builds now [1] which use the kernel from the linux-linaro branch. I already have this set to build daily and stopped the daily build of the 'stable' build listed on the frontpage of android-build.linaro.org. Can someone update that page?
