The 4.7 toolchain will be the default for this month.
We have "it compiles, therefore it works"(R) builds w/ 4.7 done for all boards (Snowball requires a patch I've submitted to the bug tracker yesterday, the other boards should be fine already), and many are actually boot-tested.
I'll update the release builds on android-build to the 4.7-2012.04/#build=4 toolchain, leaving Snowball on 4.6 until the patch is committed.

gcc46 and gcc47 tip builds have been switched to the released toolchains.
