Zach, question: should we rename '-blob- to something else while we are waiting for the new panda blobs to arrive?

We should have a build called panda-ics-gcc47-tilt-tracking-open if we're going to run it without blobs. Feel free to spin up a daily of that.

Okay, so we should leave the name as is. The blob always refers to how enablement is done, i.e. if Panda's graphics blobs were available from source then it would be -open, since they're not its still a -blob (even with the open overlay which is just a artifact of the way this things been implemented).
