Hi,
(I'm not sure if this is the right ML; if it's not please direct me to the right one)
I was looking at the images/hwpacks produced for each release and could not really determine the scheme behind naming all the binaries produced.
E.g., at [1] (for the device I have) there are:
linaro-o-nano-tar-20120327-1.tar.gz efikamx-oneiric-20120327-1.* hwpack_linaro-efikamx_20120327-1_armel_supported.tar.gz
The only way to link them together is that there is nothing else named efikamx. If I look in the efikamx-oneiric-20120327-1.* files, I see that they also refer to *.manifest file (which is available in oneiric-hwpacks a few levels up).
(Obviously, 20120327-1 is the build id.)
Could you please advise how each of the produced binaries are named?

That's fine. You could have sent the question to linaro-dev ml as well.

A Linaro "image" is composed of a hardware pack and a rootfs.
For hardware packs, the naming scheme is: hwpack_linaro-${hwpack_project_name}_${distribution}_${build_id}_${architecture}_${project_status}.${ext} e.g hwpack_linaro-efikamx_20120327-1_armel_supported.tar.gz hwpack_project_name: efikamx distribution: oneiric build_id: 20120327-1 architecture: armel project_status: supported
This link could help to view the fields: https://ubuntu-build.linaro.org/projects/efikamx-oneiric/
For rootfs, the naming scheme is: linaro-${distribution}-${rootfs_name}-tar-${build_id}.${ext} e.g linaro-o-nano-tar-20120327-1.tar.gz distribution: o (acronym for oneiric) rootfs_name: nano build_id: 20120327-1

When you go on [1], you need to download 2 tarballs: the hwpack for your board and the nano rootfs. Combine them with linaro-media-create to produce the image to flash on your sd card.
You can also use linaro-fetch-image-ui tool to make it easier to download the files.
Another option is to use a pre-built image: http://releases.linaro.org/images/12.03/oneiric/nano/
