I was looking at https://github.com/Linaro/qa-reports.linaro.org/tree/master/ansible/roles/ma... and I was wondering what's scheduler's role ?
I'm not using it in my instance so I wanted to know if I was missing something ?

It's for running periodic tasks: https://github.com/Linaro/squad/blob/master/squad/settings.py#L263
