[Virtio-msg] Virtio Specification comment handling

Hi Everyone,

I pushed a first pull request to try to handle some of the comments we got on virtio mailing list: https://github.com/Linaro/virtio-msg-spec/pull/31

In my comment i list some of the points for which we will need to have a discussion on thursday to decide how and if we handle them.
