[Armnn-dev] Arm NN Announcement: Tensorflow Parser support removed from Arm NN master

Arm NN has removed the support for Tensorflow parser from its master. We won't be supporting Tensorflow from 21.05 release onwards. We are currently in the process of updating the documents.
