Turning off https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/staging-snowball/

Since we're all in on our igloo/Linaro co-developed method we'd like to stop working on staging-snowball (Linaro kernel) and focus our efforts on landing-snowball (igloo kernel). SMP Improvement on Android

Team, The TI SMP team is interested in our work improving SMP on Android. They may be able to come to Connect and hack on things with us. We need to get the relevant patches that have been hanging around integrated into some builds, get some benchmark and correctness test into LAVA and send everything back up to AOSP.
