I had a quick look at the problems, but since they are already on igloo and not related to my patches I think the best I can do is to talk to the snowball team.
For the last one https://bugs.launchpad.net/igloocommunity/+bug/1015085 I noted that there were results from LAVA, so ADB is working, but not ADB over USB. Only device/linaro/snowball and the kernel have been touched between build 227 and 330.

I can create a build without the USB patch on device/linaro/snowball to check if that is the problem.
Reverting is simple since it is our own git.

there's a small but non-zero chance that it's caused by the optimized string functions in bionic - they somewhat break the rarely used bzero() function (I have a fix, will commit as soon as I get home).
If Snowball's binary blobs use bzero() heavily, that could cause some weird stuff.
I don't think it's very likely the cause (the errors would likely be different, e.g. random garbage on a screen that's supposed to be cleared, random noise on sound, ...), but if you can't find anything else wrong, you may want to either wait for the fix or revert the string functions for testing.
