Miracast was added in Android 4.2, so any Linaro build based on 4.2 or 4.2.1 should do. That includes all recent releases as well as the linaro_android_4.2.1 development branch.

Thanks for the reply I have download pre-build image of 4.2 (12.12) - pandaboard.img.bz2http://releases.linaro.org/12.12/android/panda/pandaboard.img.bz2 http://releases.linaro.org/12.12/android/panda/ Also tried on a linux machine to prepare SD card , but android failed to start i see black screen Pandaboard version - ES REv 2 The board is up , i didn't see any kernel panic in serial terminal .

By any chance, did you forgot to merge the non-free, non-distributable binaries? (See instructions on download page)
