The Linaro OpenJDK 1601 Engineering Builds for JDK 7,8, 8u and 9 are available at http://openjdk.linaro.org/relhome.htm

The following is a list of the repos used to build each version

JDK 9 - http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/hs-comp

Starting with 16-02 we will be making a monthly build of JDK 8u which will in time replace the JDK 8 build. For the moment we will continue to build both JDK 8 and JDK 8u. The current build of JDK 8u is based on jdk8u72-b16.

The JDK 8 and JDK 8u builds support two experimental options. -XX: +UseLSE which tells the JVM to use the LSE instructions in ARMv8.1 and -XX:+UseSIMDForMemoryOps.

The version of gcc used for the builds was gcc 5.2.0 and the builds were built natively on Ubuntu Trusty (14.04).
