[Eas-dev] [RFCv5] Energy cost model for energy-aware scheduling

In case you don't follow LKML, we have posted RFCv5 of the EAS patch set for review and comments. The main addition in this posting is scheduler-driven DVFS along with a number of smaller fixes and improvements. The full cover letter can be found here:
