Can we check for DMI_SCAN_MACHINE_NON_EFI_FALLBACK instead? It will only be enabled by x86/ia64 and should also prevent the case where a bug in efi.flags causes ARM64 ACPI code to poke around in memory where it shouldnt.
The trouble with that is if DMI guys change/eliminate the flag not knowing its misused in ACPI. Better I think to have ACPI version!
