regression on the ARMv7 configuration. It's failing to build: arch/arm/boot/compressed/efi-stub.o: In function `update_fdt': efi-stub.c:(.text+0xe8): undefined reference to `strncmp'

Yes I noticed, that may be fixed but LLCT was uncompilable for arm64 all of last week so I did not do a new release.
