Daily builds are failing during repo init

Hi, Android builds are failing in repo init phase. I have opened a bug for the same: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1181907 repo init and sync worked for me locally. Can someone please have a look. Regards, Vishal

Hi Vishal, I get pandaboard.img.bz2 from the url http://snapshots.linaro.org/android/~linaro-android-member-ti/panda-linaro/2 96/pandaboard.img.bz2, that come from the page you tell me to try again. I get any error log and I attached to the annex . It`s same with linera 13.04 release. I use the follow cmd : ryan@ubuntu:/workdir$sudo bzip2 -d pandaboard.img.bz2 ryan@ubuntu:/workdir$sudo dd if=pandaboard.img of=/dev/sdb bs=4M 512+0 records in 512+0 records out 2147483648 bytes (2.1 GB) copied, 483.417 s, 4.4 MB/s ryan@ubuntu:/workdir$ sudo sync Where must have a problem. Please guide me . Android build status "NOT_BUILT" due to infrastructure issue

http://android.git.linaro.org/git-ro is out of sync with the actual git tree

Hi, Just in case this fixes itself by a sync process or something, this was seen on 2013/05/17 23:46 UTC and has been going on for at least a few hours (I've just spent quite some time trying to figure out why a fix I made didn't work in android-build -- turns out it never made it there because the http checkout is out of sync): git clone ssh:// bero@android.git.linaro.org:29418/toolchain/binutils-current.git cd binutils-current git checkout -b linaro-2.23.52.0.2 origin/linaro-2.23.52.0.2 git log Last commit is 097e128c18b6d7f1a26418518b66b5d206dd357d (as expected) But: git clone http://android.git.linaro.org/git-ro/toolchain/binutils-current.git cd binutils-current git checkout -b linaro-2.23.52.0.2 origin/linaro-2.23.52.0.2 git log Last commit is 6a6083aa79537708cd16551dc803315412f98e21 (2 commits behind the git repository). ttyl bero

I'm pleased to announce that the migration of the Android git server from Canonical to EC2 has been successfully completed. My thanks to Milo for his significant help with this endeavour. If you don't sign in to review.android.git.linaro.org, you can ignore the rest of this email. ***** Please read carefully! ***** As explained previously, you will need to log in with your Launchpad OpenID and then associated your identity with your Linaro Login OpenID if you want to keep the same account on the server at the end of the month when we turn off Launchpad OpenID authentication. Here are the steps you need to take: 1. Go to https://login.linaro.org:8443/openidserver. If you are asked to log in, please enter your EMAIL ADDRESS and your Linaro Login password. 2. The web page should now display a URL of the format https://login.linaro.org:8443/openidserver/users/<your email address>. Make a note of that, please. 3. Go to http://review.android.git.linaro.org/. Sign in with your Launchpad ID. (https://launchpad.net/~<launchpad ID>) 4. When you have signed in, click on the "Settings" link in the top right corner of the web page. 5. Click on the Identities link on the left hand side of the web page. 6. Click on "Link Another Identity". 7. Enter the URL you noted from step 2 and click on "Link Identity". 8. If your web browser session from step 2 has expired, you will be asked to log in again - enter the same information you entered at step 1. 9. If your web browser session has not expired, or once you have logged in, you will see a web page with the title "OpenID Verification". On the right hand side, click on Allow Always. The above steps only need to be done once, and needs to be done BEFORE THE END OF MAY! If you don't follow these steps by then, you will end up with a new account when you next sign in on the server. Between now and the end of May, you will need to paste your Linaro Login OpenID URL so you may want to keep a copy of that safe somewhere. After May, we will reconfigure the server so that *only* Linaro Login OpenID is supported, and clicking on "Sign In" will automatically authenticate you with that service. [1] TI Panda 4430; [2] TI Panda 4460; [3] ST Ericsson Snowball; [5] ARM Versatile Express A9; synopsis: test conducted in this week is only for those test cases which are marked [RC] on our spreadsheet. No significant change or no new bug in this week release.
