The Mustang I am using has the latest, official Tianocore provided by APM.
Must be similar to what I got at https://bugs.linaro.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1999 (with a 4.4 kernel).
There are still some changes required for Mustang (for ACPI), and you can find some related patches at https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/kernel-arm64.git/log/?h=devel (not for upstream though).
