[PATCH] USB: EHCI: make ehci-w90X900 a separate driver

Separate the W90X900(W90P910) on-chip host controller driver from ehci-hcd host code so that it can be built as a separate driver module. This work is part of enabling multi-platform kernels on ARM; however, note that other changes are still needed before W90X900(W90P910) can be booted with a multi-platform kernel and an ehci driver that only works on one of them. With the infrastructure added by Alan Stern in patch 3e0232039 "USB: EHCI: prepare to make ehci-hcd a library module", we can avoid this problem by turning a bus glue into a separate module, as we do here for the w90X900 bus glue. [PATCH] cpufreq: check cpufreq driver is valid and cpufreq isn't disabled in cpufreq_get()

cpufreq_get() can be called from external drivers which might not be aware if cpufreq driver is registered or not. And so we should actually check if cpufreq driver is registered or not and also if cpufreq is active or disabled, at the beginning of cpufreq_get(). Otherwise call to lock_policy_rwsem_read() might hit BUG_ON(!policy). [PATCH] usb: phy: nop: Defer clock prepare until PHY init

From: Mark Brown <broonie(a)linaro.org> Since we only enable the PHY clock on init and the PHY init and shutdown does not occur in atomitc context there is no need to prepare the clock before it is enabled. Move the clk_prepare() operations to go along with the enables, allowing the clock to be fully idle when not in use.
