[PATCH V3 00/16] PM / OPP: Introduce APIs to transition OPPs

Hi Guys, This patchset add APIs in OPP layer to allow OPPs transitioning from within OPP layer. Currently all OPP users need to replicate the same code to switch between OPPs. While the same can be handled easily by OPP-core. [PATCH 00/34] CPUFreq: Move freq change notifications out of drivers

There are few special cases though, like exynos5440, which doesn't do everything on the call to ->target_index() routine and call some kind of bottom halves for doing this work, work/tasklet/etc.. They may continue doing notification from their own code and so this patch introduces another flag: CPUFREQ_NO_NOTIFICATION, which will be set by such drivers. kasan is not working on 3.18 kernel due to patch "BACKPORT: kernel: add kcov code coverage"

hi, Dmitry: with your change on 3.18 kernel, https://github.com/Elite-Kernels/HTC-10/commit/7c8e808c673b50a52e6b5db9bba5… it was find that cflags for GCC with KASAN enabled is not working. testing is doing arm64 platfrom with below configure and gcc 5.1.1 +CONFIG_KASAN=y +CONFIG_TEST_KASAN=m and the issue can be fixed by the change, would you please review ?
