I sent the patches[1] for extcon API to alter the deprecated API. If you possible, I'd like you to alter the extcon API instead of deprecated API.

- extcon_set_cable_state_() -> extcon_set_state_sync()
- extcon_get_cable_state_() -> extcon_get_state()
- Use devm_extcon_register_notifier() instead of extcon_register_notifier().
