This patch adds CPU mux clocks which are used by Mediatek cpufreq driver for intermediate clock source switching.

Looks OK to me. Can I expect an mtk clk pull request? I think that the only mtk patches outstanding are this one and the 13MHz clk patch but I want to double check with you guys.
