[PATCH] mm: make CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT depends on !FLATMEM explicitly

Per the suggestion from Michal Hocko [1], CONFIG_DEFERRED_STRUCT_PAGE_INIT should be incompatible with FLATMEM, make this explicitly in Kconfig.
