13.01 Versatile Express kernel hangs on TC2 during bootup. I am not seeing much help with build 13.02 either. Anyone seeing the same issue, please let me know.

This should be 0x0032F003 as the steps in the Firmware Update tab on the release notes [1] should have produced. These flags will enable the power management features that the kernel expects and enables some hardware errata workarounds. For details see the readme.txt in ARM’s CPU Migration patch.
