If the impacted system is big.LITTLE system then, it's a long shot, but this might be relevant... http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2013-February/149950.h...
The issue isn't specific to vexpress, and can impact anything which modifies code on the running system.
