They will allow 4.4+ x86 kernels compiled with Clang and have the configs CONFIG_STACK_PROTECTOR_STRONG and CONFIG_PARAVIRT to boot. They also allow gcc 5.1+ users to have consistent `extern inline` semantics. [PATCH v2 1/6] ext4: sysfs: print ext4_super_block fields as little-endian

While working on extended rand for last_error/first_error timestamps, I noticed that the endianess is wrong, we access the little-endian fields in struct ext4_super_block as native-endian when we print them. This adds a special case in ext4_attr_show() and ext4_attr_store() to byteswap the superblock fields if needed. In older kernels, this code was part of super.c, it got moved to sysfs.c in linux-4.4. [PATCH] xhci: Fix perceived dead host due to runtime suspend race with event handler

If no change event is detected the host may be suspended again, oterwise roothubs are resumed. There is a lag in xHC setting EINT. If we don't notice the pending change in resume, and the controller is runtime suspeded again, it causes the event handler to assume host is dead as it will fail to read xHC registers once PCI puts the controller to D3 state.
