[PATCH v4.4.y] ext4: never move the system.data xattr out of the inode body

For performance reasons, it doesn't make any sense, and the inline data implementation assumes that system.data xattr is never in the external xattr block. This addresses CVE-2018-10880 https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=200005 Backport Note: - dfa2064b22("ext4: factor out loop for freeing inode xattr space") factored out the loop from inside ext4_expand_extra_isize_ea to a separate function named ext4_xattr_make_inode_space. As the above commit is not present in 4.4.y, make the change inside ext4_expand_extra_isize_ea. This will cause the packet stream to block. HFI has 8 virtual lanes available for packet streams. Each lane can be enabled or disabled using the UnsupportedVL mask. If a lane is disabled, adding a packet to the send context must be disallowed. The current mask for determining unsupported VLs defaults to 0 (allow all). This is incorrect. Only the VLs that are defined should be allowed. Determine which VLs are disabled (mtu == 0), and set the appropriate unsupported bit in the mask. The correct mask will allow the send engine to error on the invalid VL, and error recovery will work correctly. This version fixes the conflicts and is otherwise not modified. The decision to mark the patch as a stable candidate came after reports from distro users that their UVC 1.5 camera was otherwise unusable. A guide has even been published to tell Debian users how to patch their kernel to fix the problem. The shutdown sequence timings for bucks/LDOs which are enabled via register interface are changed. At PMIC poweroff the voltage for BUCK6/7 is cut immediately at the beginning of shut-down sequence. This causes LDO5/6 voltage monitoring to detect under voltage and force PMIC to emergency state instead of poweroff. Disable voltage monitoring for LDO5 and LDO6 at probe to avoid this. This is because we started using ktime to track elapsed time, and we convert nanoseconds to jiffies when we update the partition counter. However, this gets rounded down, so any I/Os that take less than a jiffy are not accounted for. Previously in this case, the value of jiffies would sometimes increment while we were doing I/O, so at least some I/Os were accounted for. Let's convert the stats to use nanoseconds internally. We still report milliseconds as before, now more accurately than ever. The value is still truncated to 32 bits for backwards compatibility. [PATCH 1/2] iio: adc: at91: fix acking DRDY irq on simple conversions

When doing simple conversions, the driver did not acknowledge the DRDY irq. If this irq is not acked, it will be left pending, and as soon as a trigger is enabled, the irq handler will be called, it doesn't know why this irq has occurred because no channel is pending, and then we will have irq loop and board will hang.
