[PATCH] drm: rcar-du: Fix LVDS dual link mode kernel crash

Kernel crash is observed when dual lvds link mode is activated along with HDMI. For this use case DU0 drives dual lvds output and DU1 drives hdmi output, but dot clock for DU1 is generated from lvds1. [PATCH v2 1/2] KVM: arm64: Assume write fault on S1PTW permission fault on instruction fetch

KVM currently assumes that an instruction abort can never be a write. This is in general true, except when the abort is triggered by a S1PTW on instruction fetch that tries to update the S1 page tables (to set AF, for example). This can happen if the page tables have been paged out and brought back in without seeing a direct write to them (they are thus marked read only), and the fault handling code will make the PT executable(!) instead of writable. The guest gets stuck forever. In these conditions, the permission fault must be considered as a write so that the Stage-1 update can take place. This is essentially the I-side equivalent of the problem fixed by 60e21a0ef54c ("arm64: KVM: Take S1 walks into account when determining S2 write faults"). Update kvm_is_write_fault() to return true on IABT+S1PTW, and introduce kvm_vcpu_trap_is_exec_fault() that only return true when no faulting on a S1 fault. Additionally, kvm_vcpu_dabt_iss1tw() is renamed to kvm_vcpu_abt_iss1tw(), as the above makes it plain that it isn't specific to data abort. [PATCH v2 2/3] scsi: megaraid_sas: check user-provided offsets

It sounds unwise to let user space pass an unchecked 32-bit offset into a kernel structure in an ioctl. This is an unsigned variable, so checking the upper bound for the size of the structure it points into is sufficient to avoid data corruption, but as the pointer might also be unaligned, it has to be written carefully as well. While I stumbled over this problem by reading the code, I did not continue checking the function for further problems like it. [PATCH 2/7] crypto: sun4i-ss: checking sg length is not sufficient

The optimized cipher function need length multiple of 4 bytes. But it get sometimes odd length. This is due to SG data could be stored with an offset. So the fix is to check also if the offset is aligned with 4 bytes. Otherwise, the page could be modified while it is being copied to a new page and data could be lost. The function __split_huge_pmd() checks for a PMD migration entry before calling __split_huge_pmd_locked() leading one to think that __split_huge_pmd_locked() can handle splitting a migrating PMD. However, the code always increments the page->_mapcount and adjusts the memory control group accounting assuming the page is mapped. Also, if the PMD entry is a migration PMD entry, the call to is_huge_zero_pmd(*pmd) is incorrect because it calls pmd_pfn(pmd) instead of migration_entry_to_pfn(pmd_to_swp_entry(pmd)). Fix these problems by checking for a PMD migration entry. Otherwise, the page could be modified while it is being copied to a new page and data could be lost. The function __split_huge_pmd() checks for a PMD migration entry before calling __split_huge_pmd_locked() leading one to think that __split_huge_pmd_locked() can handle splitting a migrating PMD. However, the code always increments the page->_mapcount and adjusts the memory control group accounting assuming the page is mapped. Also, if the PMD entry is a migration PMD entry, the call to is_huge_zero_pmd(*pmd) is incorrect because it calls pmd_pfn(pmd) instead of migration_entry_to_pfn(pmd_to_swp_entry(pmd)). Fix these problems by checking for a PMD migration entry.
