[PATCH] PCI: endpoint: Fix use after free in pci_epf_remove_cfs()

All of entries are freed in a loop, however, the freed entry is accessed by list_del() after the loop. When epf driver that includes pci-epf-test unload, the pci_epf_remove_cfs() is called, and occurred the use after free. Therefore, kernel panics randomly after or while the module unloading. I tested this patch with r8a77951-Salvator-xs boards. Any tasks with PIDs higher than PID_MAX_DEFAULT are simply not recorded in tgid_map, and don't show up in the saved_tgids file. In particular since systemd v243 & above configure pid_max to its highest possible 1<<22 value by default on 64 bit systems this renders the record-tgids option of little use. Increase the size of tgid_map to the configured pid_max instead, allowing it to cover the full range of PIDs up to the maximum value of PID_MAX_LIMIT if the system is configured that way. On 64 bit systems with pid_max == PID_MAX_LIMIT this will increase the size of tgid_map from 256KiB to 16MiB. Whilst this 64x increase in memory overhead sounds significant 64 bit systems are presumably best placed to accommodate it, and since tgid_map is only allocated when the record-tgid option is actually used presumably the user would rather it spends sufficient memory to actually record the tgids they expect. The size of tgid_map could also increase for CONFIG_BASE_SMALL=y configurations, but these seem unlikely to be systems upon which people are both configuring a large pid_max and running ftrace with record-tgid anyway. Of note is that we only allocate tgid_map once, the first time that the record-tgid option is enabled. Therefore its size is only set once, to the value of pid_max at the time the record-tgid option is first enabled. If a user increases pid_max after that point, the saved_tgids file will not contain entries for any tasks with pids beyond the earlier value of pid_max. [PATCH 2/4] drm/dp_mst: Only create connector for connected end device

[Why] Currently, we will create connectors for all output ports no matter it's connected or not. However, in MST, we can only determine whether an output port really stands for a "connector" till it is connected and check its peer device type as an end device. In current code, we have chance to create connectors for output ports connected with branch device and these are redundant connectors. e.g. StarTech 1-to-4 DP hub is constructed by internal 2 layer 1-to-2 branch devices. Creating connectors for such internal output ports are redundant. [How] Put constraint on creating connector for connected end device only. [PATCH 2/4] xhci: Improve detection of device initiated wake signal.

A xHC USB 3 port might miss the first wake signal from a USB 3 device if the port LFPS reveiver isn't enabled fast enough after xHC resume. xHC host will anyway be resumed by a PME# signal, but will go back to suspend if no port activity is seen. The device resends the U3 LFPS wake signal after a 100ms delay, but by then host is already suspended, starting all over from the beginning of this issue. USB 3 specs say U3 wake LFPS signal is sent for max 10ms, then device needs to delay 100ms before resending the wake. Don't suspend immediately if port activity isn't detected in resume. Instead add a retry. If there is no port activity then delay for 120ms, and re-check for port activity. [PATCH V2] video: backlight: Drop maximum brightness override for brightness zero

The note in c2adda27d202f ("video: backlight: Add of_find_backlight helper in backlight.c") says that gpio-backlight uses brightness as power state. This has been fixed since in ec665b756e6f7 ("backlight: gpio-backlight: Correct initial power state handling") and other backlight drivers do not require this workaround. Drop the workaround. This fixes the case where e.g. pwm-backlight can perfectly well be set to brightness 0 on boot in DT, which without this patch leads to the display brightness to be max instead of off. [PATCH v2 07/17] irqchip/gic: Atomically update affinity

The GIC driver uses a RMW sequence to update the affinity, and relies on the gic_lock_irqsave/gic_unlock_irqrestore sequences to update it atomically. But these sequences only expend into anything meaningful if the BL_SWITCHER option is selected, which almost never happens. It also turns out that using a RMW and locks is just as silly, as the GIC distributor supports byte accesses for the GICD_TARGETRn registers, which when used make the update atomic by definition. Drop the terminally broken code and replace it by a byte write.
