AMD drm patch workflow is broken for stable trees

Hi all, As some of you have noticed, there's a TON of failure messages being sent out for AMD gpu driver commits that are tagged for stable backports. In short, you all are doing something really wrong with how you are tagging these. Please fix it up to NOT have duplicates in multiple branches that end up in Linus's tree at different times. Or if you MUST do that, then give us a chance to figure out that it IS a duplicate. As-is, it's not working at all, and I think I need to just drop all patches for this driver that are tagged for stable going forward and rely on you all to provide a proper set of backported fixes when you say they are needed. Again, what you are doing today is NOT ok and is broken. Please fix. greg k-h

Firstly there's a fix for the pseudo burst mode code that was added in 8f667d202384 ("media: ov08x40: Reduce start streaming time"). Not every I2C controller can handle an arbitrary sized write, this is the case on Qualcomm CAMSS/CCI I2C sensor interfaces which limit the transaction size and communicate this limit via I2C quirks. A simple fix to optionally break up the large submitted burst into chunks not exceeding adapter->quirk size fixes. Secondly then is addition of a yaml description for the ov08x40 and extension of the driver to support OF probe and powering on of the power rails from the driver instead of from ACPI. Once done the sensor works without further modification on the Qualcomm x1e80100 CRD. Make sure to wait for the DMA transfer to complete when cancelling the rx command on stop_rx(). [PATCH net 02/10] ice: Fix improper handling of refcount in ice_dpll_init_rclk_pins()

The function calls ice_dpll_get_pins(), which increments the reference count of the relevant resources. However, if the condition WARN_ON((!vsi || !vsi->netdev)) is met, the function currently returns an error without properly releasing the resources acquired by ice_dpll_get_pins(), leading to a reference count leak. To resolve this, the check has been moved to the top of the function. This ensures that the function verifies the state before any resources are acquired, avoiding the need for additional resource management in the error path. This bug was identified by an experimental static analysis tool developed by our team. The tool specializes in analyzing reference count operations and detecting potential issues where resources are not properly managed. In this case, the tool flagged the missing release operation as a potential problem, which led to the development of this patch. Otherwise, the firmware will be put into a wrong state, resulting in an association failure after resuming. With this patch, the granted channel will be aborted before suspending if necessary. However, still allow user space to pass THERMAL_TEMP_INVALID as the new trip temperature value to invalidate the trip if necessary. Also allow the hysteresis to be updated when the temperature is invalid to allow user space to avoid having to adjust hysteresis after a valid temperature has been set, but in that case just change the value and do nothing else.
