When the torture_type is set srcu or srcud and cb_barrier is non-zero, running the rcutorture test will trigger the following warning:

This commit therefore use smp_call_on_cpu() instead of smp_call_function_single(), make rcu_torture_barrier1cb() invoked happens on task-context.
