mfd: mxs-lradc: Fix error handling in mxs_lradc_probe()

The filename of the patch is: mfd-mxs-lradc-fix-error-handling-in-mxs_lradc_probe.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

There is the only path, where mxs_lradc_probe() leaves clk undisabled, since it does return instead of goto err_clk.
Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
