Why did this fail to apply? For me it cleanly cherry picks to 4.14 and later.
git cherry-pick fixed up some issues that quilt had, so I've added it now to 4.14, 4.19, and 5.0.
But I now need a 4.4 and 4.9 backport of this, can you provide that?
