Need backport on 4.19 of [PATCH] i40e: report correct statistics when XDP is enabled

Hi,

I'm facing a bug on the latest stable 4.19.29 driver i40e which had been fixed on later version (commit id cdec2141c24ef177d929765c5a6f95549c266fb3)

The patch applies on 4.9.29 with hunks but I've tested and it fixes the issue.
