dmaengine: ioat: Fix error handling path

The filename of the patch is: dmaengine-ioat-fix-error-handling-path.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

If the last test in 'ioat_dma_self_test()' fails, we must release all the allocated resources and not just part of them.
