ipv6: fix possible mem leaks in ipv6_make_skb()

The filename of the patch is: ipv6-fix-possible-mem-leaks-in-ipv6_make_skb.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

ip6_setup_cork() might return an error, while memory allocations have been done and must be rolled back.
