x86/dumpstack: Print registers for first stack frame

The filename of the patch is: x86-dumpstack-print-registers-for-first-stack-frame.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

In the stack dump code, if the frame after the starting pt_regs is also a regs frame, the registers don't get printed. Fix that.
