rtc: pl031: make interrupt optional

The filename of the patch is: rtc-pl031-make-interrupt-optional.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

On some platforms, the interrupt for the PL031 is optional. Avoid trying to claim the interrupt if it's not specified.
