The filename of the patch is: xtensa-fix-get_wchan.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

this patch relies on the presence of SPILL_SLOT macro, which was introduced in commit 062b1c19b879 (xtensa: clean up access to spilled registers locations) in 4.12. Without that patch it breaks the build and should be dropped.
