The filename of the patch is: platform-x86-hp-wmi-fix-error-value-for-hp_wmi_tablet_state.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

hp_wmi_tablet_state() fails to return the correct error code when hp_wmi_perform_query() returns the HP WMI query specific error code that is a positive value.
