The filename of the patch is: sparc64-repair-calling-incorrect-hweight-function-from-stubs.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Commit v4.12-rc4-1-g9289ea7f952b introduced a mistake that made the 64-bit hweight stub call the 16-bit hweight function.
