If fetching of userspace memory fails during the main loop, all drm sync objs looked up until that point will be leaked because of the missing drm_syncobj_put.
Fix it by exporting and using a common cleanup helper.

My two nits:
I believe we never used this `__` pattern in V3D and I'm not sure how comfortable I am to introduce it now. I know it is pretty common in drivers like i915, but I wonder how much semantics we would miss to remove it.
Also, any chance we could use `query_info` instead of `qinfo`? This suggestion applies to all patches in the series that uses `qinfo`.
