I don't know whether it will apply cleanly to all of them; I can deal with those where it doesn't.

I applied it to 4.14, 4.19, 5.4, and 5.6. It does apply to 4.9 but as the patch it depends on is not there, I don't think it will help.

I took it for 4.9, haven't noticed any issues.
I don't think it applies to 4.4 though as we don't have:
