The quilt patch titled Subject: kcov: mark in_softirq_really() as __always_inline has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was kcov-mark-in_softirq_really-as-__always_inline.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

If gcc decides not to inline in_softirq_really(), objtool warns about a function call with UACCESS enabled:

Mark this as __always_inline to avoid the problem.
