netlink: avoid a double skb free in genlmsg_mcast()

The filename of the patch is: netlink-avoid-a-double-skb-free-in-genlmsg_mcast.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

nlmsg_multicast() consumes always the skb, thus the original skb must be freed only when this function is called with a clone.
