Thanks for posting these. As far as I can tell, you did everything right with the submission process, and finding (most of the) Cc lists.
I have found a few issues, in particular with the patches 8, 9 and 10, which you already mentioned you weren't sure about. I think they should be split up logically, and I've commented with suggestions how to do that.
I also found some other problem, which are mostly my fault for leaving obsolete or premature patches in the series. In some cases, the changelog that I wrote is still a bit short, and it would be good to describe the failure case better.
Please address my comments and send a second version for review the same way. If that looks ok, send it to the full Cc list in version 3.
