In particular, moving a head from one encoder to another seems to trigger this quite often. GV100+ is very picky about having a LUT in most scenarios, so this causes the display engine to hang with the following error code: disp: chid 1 stat 00005080 reason 5 [INVALID_STATE] mthd 0200 data 00000001 code 0000002d) So, fix this by always re-programming the LUT if we're clearing it in a state where the wndw is still visible, and has a XLUT handle programmed. If we don't clear the current thread's MSR[TS] before we get preempted, then tm_recheckpoint_new_task() will recheckpoint and we get rescheduled in suspended transaction state. When handling a signal caught in transactional state, handle_rt_signal64() calls get_tm_stackpointer() that treclaims the transaction using tm_reclaim_current() but without clearing the thread's MSR[TS]. This can cause the TM Bad Thing exception below if later we pagefault and get preempted trying to access the user's sigframe, using __put_user(). [PATCH tip/core/rcu 30/30] rcu: Make rcu_barrier() account for offline no-CBs CPUs

McKenney" <paulmck(a)kernel.org> Currently, rcu_barrier() ignores offline CPUs, However, it is possible for an offline no-CBs CPU to have callbacks queued, and rcu_barrier() must wait for those callbacks. This commit therefore makes rcu_barrier() directly invoke the rcu_barrier_func() with interrupts disabled for such CPUs. This requires passing the CPU number into this function so that it can entrain the rcu_barrier() callback onto the correct CPU's callback list, given that the code must instead execute on the current CPU. While in the area, this commit fixes a bug where the first CPU's callback might have been invoked before rcu_segcblist_entrain() returned, which would also result in an early wakeup.
