When creating p2p links, KFD needs to check XGMI link
with two conditions, hive_id and is_sharing_enabled,
but it is missing to check is_sharing_enabled, so add
it to fix the error.

A filesystem writeback performance issue was discovered by repeatedly
running CPU hotplug operations while a process in a cgroup with memory
and io controllers enabled wrote to an ext4 file in a loop.
When a CPU is offlined, the memcg_hotplug_cpu_dead() callback function
flushes per-cpu vmstats counters. However, instead of applying a per-cpu
counter once to each cgroup in the heirarchy, the per-cpu counter is
applied repeatedly just to the nested cgroup. Under certain conditions,
the per-cpu NR_FILE_DIRTY counter is routinely positive during hotplug
events and the dirty file count artifically inflates. Once the dirty
file count grows past the dirty_freerun_ceiling(), balance_dirty_pages()
starts a backgroup writeback each time a file page is marked dirty
within the nested cgroup.
This change fixes memcg_hotplug_cpu_dead() so that the per-cpu vmstats
and vmevents counters are applied once to each cgroup in the heirarchy,
similar to __mod_memcg_state() and __count_memcg_events().

This patch is intended for the 5.10 longterm release branch. It will not apply
cleanly to mainline and is inadvertantly fixed by a larger series of changes in
later release branches:
a3d4c05a4474 ("mm: memcontrol: fix cpuhotplug statistics flushing").
In 5.15, the counter flushing code is completely removed. This may be another
viable option here too, though it's a larger change.

On QCS9075 and QCA8275 platforms, the BT_EN pin is always pulled up by hw
and cannot be controlled by the host. As a result, in case of a firmware
crash, the host cannot trigger a cold reset. Instead, the BT controller
performs a warm restart on its own, without reloading the firmware.
This leads to the controller remaining in IBS_WAKE state, while the host
expects it to be in sleep mode. The mismatch causes HCI reset commands
to time out. Additionally, the driver does not clear internal flags
QCA_SSR_TRIGGERED and QCA_IBS_DISABLED, which blocks the reset sequence.
If the SSR duration exceeds 2 seconds, the host may enter TX sleep mode
due to tx_idle_timeout, further preventing recovery. Also, memcoredump_flag
is not cleared, so only the first SSR generates a coredump.
Tell driver that BT controller has undergone a proper restart sequence:
- Clear QCA_SSR_TRIGGERED and QCA_IBS_DISABLED flags after SSR.
- Add a 50ms delay to allow the controller to complete its warm reset.
- Reset tx_idle_timer to prevent the host from entering TX sleep mode.
- Clear memcoredump_flag to allow multiple coredump captures.
Apply these steps only when HCI_QUIRK_NON_PERSISTENT_SETUP is not set,
which indicates that BT_EN is defined in DTS and cannot be toggled.

Drop phylink_{suspend,resume}() from ax88772 PM callbacks.
MDIO bus accesses have their own runtime-PM handling and will try to
wake the device if it is suspended. Such wake attempts must not happen
from PM callbacks while the device PM lock is held. Since phylink
{sus|re}sume may trigger MDIO, it must not be called in PM context.
No extra phylink PM handling is required for this driver:
- .ndo_open/.ndo_stop control the phylink start/stop lifecycle.
- ethtool/phylib entry points run in process context, not PM.
- phylink MAC ops program the MAC on link changes after resume.

When the host actively triggers SSR and collects coredump data,
the Bluetooth stack sends a reset command to the controller. However, due
to the inability to clear the QCA_SSR_TRIGGERED and QCA_IBS_DISABLED bits,
the reset command times out.
To address this, this patch clears the QCA_SSR_TRIGGERED and
QCA_IBS_DISABLED flags and adds a 50ms delay after SSR, but only when
HCI_QUIRK_NON_PERSISTENT_SETUP is not set. This ensures the controller
completes the SSR process when BT_EN is always high due to hardware.
For the purpose of HCI_QUIRK_NON_PERSISTENT_SETUP, please refer to
the comment in `include/net/bluetooth/hci.h`.
The HCI_QUIRK_NON_PERSISTENT_SETUP quirk is associated with BT_EN,
and its presence can be used to determine whether BT_EN is defined in DTS.
After SSR, host will not download the firmware, causing
controller to remain in the IBS_WAKE state. Host needs
to synchronize with the controller to maintain proper operation.
