I'm investigating these, and also 4.4. It seems that a second rc was pushed with some amount of changes, and a large number of regressions.
There was another 4.9 as well but no regressions detected.

I think the failures were a result of all of the changes to the infrastructure merged in the last day, but I haven't narrowed them all down.
I'd like to investigate them and then just remove the builds since they're incomplete and wrong. (specifically, I'm talking about the latest RC builds on 4.4, 4.9, and 4.14)
