AQUA SEALER (100% Volume Solid) Fire Proof (Rated Class I – Self Extinguishing), Non-flammable, Food Grade, Non-Hazardous.Can be applied On substrate ranging from 150 ̊C to -20 ̊C. The pipeline or equipment need not be shut down during application.Under water & cures underwater for Offshore Structures , FRP, Any Metal, Jetty’s on the splash zone, civil structures, Industrial floor, etc.On oily, watery and sweating substrates.Doesn’t need SA 2 ½ preparation.DFT of 250 - 500 micron in single coat. Unlimited buildup of thickness

EPOXY SURFACE TOLERANT COATING:

AQUA ST 03 (95% Volume Solid) Temperature resistance from 120 ̊C to 5 ̊C. The pipeline or equipment need not be shut down during application.Suitable for applications like for Offshore Structures , FRP, Any Metal, Jetty’s above High tide, civil structures, etc.Suitable for highly corrosive environments with exceptional chemical resistance property.DFT of 200 - 250 micron in single coat. AQUA ST (90% Volume Solid) Temperature resistance from 5 ̊C to 120 ̊C after full cure.Suitable for applications like for Offshore Structures, FRP, Any Metal, Jetty’s above High tide, civil structures, Industrial floor, etc.Suitable for highly corrosive environments and an alternate to coal tar epoxy.DFT of 125 - 150 micron in single coat.

POLYURETHANE COATING:

AQUA PU (53% Volume Solid PU Finish Paint) Excellent Weathering & UV Resistance.Suitable for applications like for Offshore Structures, FRP, Any Metal, Jetty’s above High tide, civil structures, Superstructures etc.High Gloss of 90-95 at 60 degree with superior Gloss retention of 90 – 95% in a span of 3-5 years. AQUA PU 17-06 (50% Volume Solid PU Finish Paint) Excellent Weathering & UV Resistance.Suitable for applications like for Offshore Structures, FRP, Any Metal, Jetty’s above High tide, civil structures, Superstructures etc.High Gloss of 85-90 at 60 degree with superior Gloss retention of 85 – 90% in a span of 2-3 years.
